Training of persons implementing aircraft protection, thereby meet the requirements of the European Commission and in particular Article11.2.3.7 (EU) n°2015/1998 (EC) n° 300/2008.



  • Knowledge of how to protect and prevent unauthorised access to aircraft

  • Knowledge of procedures for sealing aircraft

  • Knowledge of identification card systems used at the airport

  • Knowledge of procedures for challenging persons and of circumstances in which persons should be challenged or reported

  • Knowledge of emergency response procedures

Persons implementing aircraft protection

All trainees need to pass a final exam in order to complete the security course.The minimum pass grade is 60%. If a trainee fails for the first time, he/she will be given a second attempt at the exam. If a trainee fails twice, he/she will have to retake the entire course.
Once the trainee has passed the final exam, he/she will be provided with a e-Certificate that can be printed. The certificate is then valid for 60 months at all airports of the Swiss Confederation.
